Welcome!
We believe that church is multi-generational and you are never too young or too old to play your part in the family. WSVC Youth is for young people aged 11 to 18 and we are passionate about building a community that equips you, our youth, to know and love Jesus, in a fun and relevant way, helping you grow into everything God has made you to be so that you can live your life to the max!
Youth is all about helping you, our young people, discover the truth about how God sees you, how much he loves you, what he has done for you, and to nurture all that he wants to do through you. We do not see you as the church of tomorrow, but believe that you are integral part of our church today and have a part in the family.
Our vision is that our youth are bold in their faith, have a deep relationship with Jesus and feel able to serve the church and wider community generously.
As a youth team, we aim to build relationships with and among you, encourage you to worship and walk with God and to live lives to the full through the power of the Holy Spirit. We hope to see you be bold in your faith, have a deep relationship with Jesus and serve the church and wider community generously. We love hanging out, having fun and playing games together, but also worshipping, praying for one another and learning more about the amazing God we all want to be living for.
If you’re aged 11-18, we’d love to meet you and see you at our youth sessions, where you can make great new friendships, meet Jesus, be equipped with the power of the Holy Spirit, have loads of fun, and eat some food!

If you’re in school years 7 – 13, you’re invited to our youth groups!

On Sunday mornings, we would love you to worship with us (let’s do that together) in the main auditorium . Following worship we meet in the foyer before heading to the youth room. The aim of these time is for peer discipleship, to explore the Bible, current issues and have some time to pray for one another. It will be relaxed and comfortable, especially if you get one of the sofas, and there might even be some food and drink. We would love to see you there as together we aim to live, love and learn more for Jesus.
The 1st Sunday of the month we encourage our youth to serve on a team, we believe that ‘everybody gets to play, no matter how young or old you are!
